At Gulf Breeze Courtyard, we focus on the individual, recognizing and respecting the talents and unique situations of each resident. Our welcoming facilities were designed with our residents’ best interests at heart, providing convenient, homey, serene, and comfortable surroundings on beautiful grounds. Gulf Breeze Courtyard offers inclusive rates as our residents age in place at our community.

Programs

LNS
For our residents we have a specialty license as they age in place. The limited nursing license will assist us in continuing to care for our residents.

Personal Care Program
In an interview with the Administrator, prospective residents and their families discuss the personal care residents need or want. This might include assistance with personal grooming, bathing, dressing, ambulation and medication management. No matter what kind of living arrangement you choose at Gulf Breeze Courtyard, our residents will always have the expertise and experience of our staff available to you 24 hours a day.

Respite Care
Respite care is for people needing a temporary stay. Hospital recuperation, families needing to leave a loved one while they travel, etc., is considered respite care. Day care is provided for those families needing a place for loved ones to stay for the day. All services, meals and assistance with activities of daily living are included in the daily rate.

Basic Package of Services & Amenities
All residents receive a common package of services which include:

• Rooms with private bath.
• Three meals and snack daily.
• Social and recreational activities.
• Local scheduled transportation.
• 24 hour emergency call system.
• Weekly housekeeping services including towels and bed linens laundered.
• Complimentary washers and dryers for personal use.

Our community has 61 spacious, comfortable, private rooms, phone and cable jacks. We know it is not an easy decision to leave familiar surroundings and Gulf Breeze Courtyard strives to help make this decision easier.We want Gulf Breeze Courtyard to be your place to come home to, so we encourage residents to bring whatever makes their rooms feel like home—favorite furniture and familiar decorations, pictures and plants.

Transportation Service
Scheduled transportation is provided to common destinations such as shopping malls and grocery stores.
